An initial visit at your home will be scheduled with Mike Blaes. It is important to be prepared for the meeting by having the following items:

Wish List / Scope of Work
Site Survey
Example Photos
Budget

During the initial visit we will:

analyze the site to determine if development is possible within current zoning restrictions,
evaluate the property and structure for future development,
analyze the capacity of utilities for future development,
discuss design options,
determine an initial budget based on the scope of work.
