Initial ideas are presented to generate dialogue between the Architect and Owner. Trace paper pencil sketches of multiple design options are produced for the first design meeting.

After the acceptance of the schematic design, drafting of the design begins with coordination of the Existing Conditions drawings. Additional detail is added and technical issues are identified and presented for decisions by the Owner.

General Contractors are encouraged to review drawings during this phase.
